Oil cap was removed and left uncovered. Engine compartment was covered with oil and the car stunk. When we discovered what happened we put the cap on and brought the car back in. Ben took care of us. He cleaned the engine and car.

Cristian did a fine job. We would have also had you run diagnostics on a warning light that was coming on occasionally, but at $175 that seemed silly. I'm offended at that price -- more so when the car is currently under warranty.
