Nicholas was fine BUT protecting plate under vehicle wasn't bolted tight causing rattle. Oil reset wast completed and old oil change sticker wast removed no need for videos get back to basics attention to detail.

Hi, apparently Nick Skoglund filled out paperwork indicating that he programmed a second key and provided it to me. This did not happen. He said that he was unable to program the key and would order a new one. Clearly this also was not true.

Do they not send a picture when they do tire rotations?My sticker they put I'm the car sad the brakes are poor, but nothing more to support this. Can you tell me prices to change the front or back brakes? Do you match prices of oil changes or brakes with other companies?
