Overall a great experience bringing my wife's RAV4 in today to get it checked out after the check engine light came on two day ago. Since the vehicle was purchased after being certified "gold" by Toyota, the thermostat was replaced at no cost. Brandon let us know that the dealer would stand behind the gold certification regardless of what was wrong when it was dropped off. Then he called to provide an update multiple times throughout the process to ensure we know what was going on. Will be bringing both my Toyota vehicles to this dealer until they give me a reason not to.

Nick was great so review is not about him. More interested in the process and variation in brake thickness measurements over the last few service visits- should be a slow steady decline in thickness. Also seems billing is not always inline or clear. Service charge numbers change and definitely seems cheap to have to pay a $48 dollar shop order fee when you are shelling out $2K with very warm labor rates.

Neil was polite and professional, I had no problem with him. I did however have a problem with the fact that I asked if I could have the volume knob replaced and was told no. I paid a lot of money for that truck and bought the highest level of extended warranty I could possibly buy. To not go out of the way to replace a volume knob is ridiculous. I was told to order one off the the internet. I’ve been a loyal customer of Carlson Toyota for over 10 years and the level of service has gone downhill. I will not be purchasing my next Toyota from Carlson Toyota.
