- Carlson Toyota replaced my engine on my 2022 1794 a week ago , it was absolutely smooth process, Nick that’s the guy I dealt was absolutely awesome guy to work with. Friendly answers, all your questions and respectful, very professional been loyal customers of Toyotas for many many years and I still will be where we as a family owned. In the video inspection report, cannot hear the technician, too loud background noise in the shop. Prefer to have service advisor provide face to face verbal communication from the inspection report. Also, provide more accurate cost estimates before repairs or service.
