David helped me research all my options for new tires with a no pressure tactic. It took a few days to get tires in, so the dealership provide me with a high quality concierge car. He went above and beyond when he realized that the form to get my tire rebate was no longer available since it expired at end of September when my tires were ordered, but not installed until 10-3. He searched web and found form and printed it out for me. I own a Honda and this is an Acura dealership. They treated me better than either of the two Honda dealerships I've been serviced by. Definitely will continue service of my vehicle at Frank Leta. I've told everyone about my experience and David.

Made an appointment for tires. Greeted with we are running so far behind- at least two hours. Twenty minutes later we are speaking to a service representative between him spitting “chew” in his trash can. It really adds to your experience.
Two and a half hours later, when we checked on the progress, we were told the car was done but they “forgot” to let us know.
We were assured nothing was intentional.
Come on Frank Leta!! You are going to have to do much better than this!

Michael had struggles with the new computer system but never lost his cool. He stayed focused and on task with dignity. Now aside from that the fact that my complaints about my trunk lid have went undealt with to the point the tail light is out again and they are "considering" replacement of a light that obviously been corrupted with water. Now that is ridiculous.
