I was not given any discounts given that I said I got a flyer and there were coupons online. Additionally, there was a screw/something like that missing and another one damaged. At pick up, this was not disclosed. Immediately after the discovery of this, we called and they are providing these to us. There was no offer to make it right. My experience was both disappointing and I don’t feel that the cost is more than if I had taken the car somewhere else.

I understand the video of them servicing my car is new. I didn't get the video until I was home for about 30 minutes. My air filter was really dirty so I went back to the dealership to get it replaced. I did get a courtesy 20.00 off but there was still the inconvenience. Hopefully I get the video earlier next time.
