I found out today that I was sold a maintenance package that only gives $25 coupons for anything other than oil change. I was told when I bought the bought the maintenance package that everything would be covered for 6 years so you can see how this would make me feel like I can’t trust that I will be treated fairly. I will be looking for someone else to maintain my truck for everything except oil change since I have already paid for that at a premium rate. I don’t plan on buying another vehicle from your dealership.
