We always work w Tyler for all our needs. He is consistently professional, knowledgeable, polite, explains things thoroughly, and represents the dealership in a way so we always want to bring our vehicle in for all the necessary work. This time was a bit frustrating as the mechanical problem occurred firing our visit to Columbia Mo to see our grandson play baseball and he’d it towed to the Leta dealership so we could work w Tyler The issue was a disappointment w the vehicle given its age and all work completed timely and as recommended. But Tyler helped get the job done as painlessly as possible

Dropped the car off the night before. My appointment was for 10 am and I got no notification on the status of my car. I got to FL ar 12:20pm and my car wasn't ready. I called at 1145 and it rang and after a while it went to a voice mail. When I got there the guy was super helpful, but still not ready at 1.

Leigha did a great job and I appreciate all her help. I also appreciate Tyler helping us wrap up our service the next day. And, I also appreciate the technician who did the alignment on our 2025 Honda Odyssey. He noted that even though the realignment said it was good, he redid it because he felt it wasn’t up to Frank Leta’s high quality standards.
