Check in was easy. However no one spoke to me after the car was Serviced. I have no idea if there are any areas of concern after they did their checkup and changed the oil.

A)Scheduling by text takes too long then it couldn’t confirm. Still needed to talk to an actual person after all. The system should give you times to choose from. Apparently I chose a booked time.
B) I was given the wrong car and the clerk had to go retrieve my car
C) I was unable to pay when your system went down and had to pay afterwards on line in a stupid on line service
D) I was sent the wrong bill to pay
E) and I am still waiting for an itemized bill
