I completed the online scheduling and declared we were coming for the recall. I arrived and was told you only do 3 a day. We were told to leave the car cuz they had the parts to only be called back an hour or so later saying never mind. To move schedules etc to drop off car, get picked up etc was for nothing. It feels like that appt review and decision could have been made and a call made as to avoid the situation that was a complete waste of time. Lastly, our service Rep was fantastic!

This was the second time I’ve been there recently. I show up and wait 10 minutes to be helped. I have appointments and others arriving after are being helped while I’m left to sit in my van. Also, was told they would call with tire options and prices. No one ever called. 2.5 hours later, I receive a text about car being ready and my total. No receipt or explanation of what was done. 1 hour later as I was arriving, my service person called to explain what was completed. I understand short staffing, but it’s affecting your customer service.
