when I scheduled the appointment they said it would be 1 hour. when I got there they said it would be an 1-1/2 hrs. It ended up being 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. if it wasn’t for our sales rep, Devon, taking care of the bill we would’ve been pissed. Instead, we were only mildly annoyed.

Leigha was great. However, I am quite unhappy with the lack of communication while she was out. I should not have had to call 5 days in a row before a call back. It took the Lincoln dealership 1 day to fix my car which could have been done last week. But instead, I went a week without my vehicle and 5 days with zero communication and zero calls back until Leigha returned. I am happy with the service I received from Leigha herself.

Up front and service was okay.
Wash wasn’t available, again. Was supposed to get voucher, didn’t happen.
Wheels were very dirty, had to scrub at home.
Girl that concluded the transaction wasn’t very pleasant. I guess my showing at lunch time may have been a problem. Expected me to know where car was; coupons were in there. Kinda snappy on my questions about the discounts. Overall, I was putting her out.
