Leigha was extremely professional and helpful when checking in my car for service. It was the 1 st oil change and tire rotation for my crv that I bought from Frank Leta Honda and Leigha made it easy. Leigha went out of her way to help me at checkout time too. I will definitely be coming back next time I need anything for my CRV or my 2007 Accord.

I think your service department is having a difficult time keeping up with the amount of work that comes through each day. Service workers are very kind and helpful, but it takes a very long time to hear back from them. The answering service answers the phone calls, but can’t really answer any questions I’m calling about, and each time I get out on hold for them to try to contact the service member, and then get told they are not answering, and they will send a message for someone to call me, which can take > a day.

Leigha was wonderful. I was dissatisfied with not having my vehicle serviced while I wait. You had multiple call ins which caused me to have to leave vehicle there and it took all day for service to be completed. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me to arrange transportation.
