My car was parked outside after service was complete for quite a while. Kathryn did not come out to the lobby. I had to go into service and another helpful advisor informed me that I needed to check the review notes sent to a link on my phone to see if I wanted to decline or accept any of the additional recommended services. Had I not gone in I’m lit sure how long I would have been sitting there or if any of this would have been explained to me.

Tyler was good. What I’m not happy with is that after my tires were rotated at this service appointment, the sensor light for low tire pressure came on and will not come off. I called in to ask somebody to explain it to me and have not received a phone call back. I am still driving around with this sensor light on. And it makes me very uncomfortable.
