The loaner car policy is a joke. When you live outside your shuttle range it becomes a huge hassle. You can’t call the day of to find out if a loaner is available. You can’t drive out to the dealership and find out if a loaner is available. Only after your service rep spends 15 to 20 minutes checking you in are you told if a loaner is available. After this then you can arrange for a ride. This is not what I was told when I purchased my car from Frank Leta. NOT COOL
