Tyler has been great, transparent and helpful.
Zoe was also incredibly helpful and friendly with checking me in to have my service lights checked in and retrieved a loaner for me before she left for the day.
The only reason why I was not satisfied was that I still had service lights appear on my dashboard after I thought most important issues were taken care of.

Tyler is always very helpful. However, I am concerned at the apparent need to replace a timing belt only 60,000 miles since you replaced it the first time. Should last at least 100K miles. Also, realize short on staff but more than two hours to service vehicle is quite a long time. Be good to understand how long service will take ahead of time to know if I should stay with vehicle or come back. Thanks.
