Tyler did a great job making me welcomed and overseeing my cars service. The folks in the service bay in the morning were very disorganized and running around and not much was getting done. I did hear something about lost drop box keys. Could have been the issue.

Very dissatisfied with the overall experience. Grace did a good job and kept us informed as much as possible. However, the reason we were there is because your people wreck my car during a service appointment. We had to request several times to get a detail report from the repair facility and although your people explained they were getting little to no response from the repair shop, excuses don’t make a customer comfortable. Lastly, my vehicle was returned filthy INSIDE. I understand not washing the outside but the inside should have been cleaned.
