My first visit to replace a fuel pump due to recall was a complete disappointment. A waited 2 hours only to be told that the replacement part was for another customer. Extremely poor service and customer treatment.
I provided all information to Kevin Grundy, service manager. The second visit was handled satisfactorily.

When I brought the vehicle in. I told two people the low battery light was on. A short time after I left it came back on. I don’t think it was even checked. Overall, the visit took way too long. I was sitting for almost 3 hours when I finally went to the desk to check. The person handling my visit then informed me that there was other things that needed to be done as part of routine maintenance. They did send a text to my phone, but it went to my unknown messages folder. I feel like when the service person didn’t get a response she should have walked over to the waiting area and asked. Instead, she did nothing. I ended up spending another 45 minutes in the waiting area. I mean how hard is it to get up and walk around the corner to talk in person to your customers? I ended up being there longer than I should have and my SUV still isn’t fixed. All because of your staff’s inability to communicate, follow thru and listen. I just hope I don’t get stranded somewhere if the battery or alternator does stop working. Part of customer service strategy is to consider that people rely on you to ensure their vehicles are in safe working order. This time your service department failed.
