Tyler is the best example of a consummate customer service professional. He listened to my concerns with the systems update issues (still showing an errors even after the updates were made). He reached out to another technical manager and , as of now it appears the issue was resolved. Tyler provided his personal cell phone number in case I needed to contact him.
