I had an unusual service request, in that I did not have an apointment, abd I had only spoken to the parts department before arriving.
I bought some touch-up paint, and wanted two keys cut and programmed.
I figured I would need to have the keys cut at the parts desk, then arrange for programming at the servide desk.
Stevie told me she would take care of everything, and she did. She advised it would take about an hour, which seemed reasonable to me. My keys were ready in about 45 minutes. She was professional and courteous every time I spoke with her.
Would recommend her for any service needs.

Never heard from Danielle. Was checked in by someone else because she was busy, no real problem there. Waited in the waiting room for some time, I never got a text saying car was ready. After quite a bit past the "promised by" time, I went to the service desk myself. It appeared Danielle had gone home for the day and did not transfer the ticket to anyone else. No one knew where the car was initially, and the system still said it was with the technician. Guy at the service desk went to check and could not find said technician. They finally figured out my car was sitting out front for who knows how long. No ticket was left so they had to re-print. Multiple communication failures within this service department.
