There was trouble with the payment that was never remedied throughout the day of pickup. My keys were supposed to be left with a sales rep so I could still get the car but were not. Luckily, Steven (who was walking out the door) stopped and came back to help me. He took my payment, and got me on my way. He was amazing and should be heralded as such! He went above and beyond giving up his free time, to help me.
