Asked for them to check why airbag light was coming on during my oil change appointment, waited 3.5 hours and when the team member came out for someone else, told me they finished the diagnostic and it would only be a couple more minutes before he came to talk to me. 30-45 minutes later, having been stuck in the waiting room with no ride for 4 hours, I get restless and go tell them I need to pay and leave, only to be told they had to take a part my whole dash to diagnose the airbag. He said it would be several more hours to put it back together and they could get me a loaner. Only upset they did not tell me when they began taking it apart because at that point they knew it was going to take longer and should’ve have gotten me the loaner sooner. I then asked if it would be done before the end of the day and they could not give me an answer, just “hopefully,” and I had to use an unfamiliar car for two days and wasted a day off. Mostly just upset they did not consult me when they knew it was going to take much longer upon taking my dash apart.
