Ana was friendly and efficient checking in my Prius for recall work. I was told the work would take one hour, and my car was finished in one hour. This is the first time in the half-dozen, or so times live had South Coast work on my car when the work was done on time. I appreciate Ana and the service team for completing service as quoted, on time.

I called to make an appointment because they told me if I did not I was supposed to wait three hours. I booked an appointment at 11 and I got there at 11. My car was not ready until 3 PM.. I don’t know if you had something to do with your system because I called them to ask if my car was ready and they could not find my car on the system. Also, when they gave me my receipt, I did not notice but the address on the receipt is not mine
