Everyone is pleasant but awkward. I am confused who if anyone I am supposed to be tipping. The valet? There were no service suggestions or even a friendly upsell, just “here’s what’s part of your 20,000 mile maintenance.” I mentioned the insane cost of replacing the plastic casing for a rear light and he all hit cut me off giving me the excuses why it was $800 instead of offering alternatives or thinking of a way I could replace it but maybe with a discount. It’s very short sighted here, like “There is no need for us to impress you. You’re going to come here regardless.”-kind of attitude.

Raymond Carrera Did a wonderful job very politeverything went well. The only thing I didn't like that that. When I picked up my car, they drive it to the side of the building. They left it on windows down and nobody was next to my vehicle. Anybody could have took it. Whoever brought it off left it.Running.Not very happy with that
