I was favorably impressed with Ana. She was very good. I now have her phone number in my contacts and can call her when I need help or service. She was very efficient and had the car retired to me in excellent time which is exactly what she said she would try to do…and she did it.
However, I do wish the car had been returned to me washed. Perhaps it was not washed because it was under contract…??
