Ray was very kind & attentive during my visit. I had just gone through a bad experience with my license plates being stolen and felt worn out but he was calm and reassuring and had my new plates replaced.
I waited for my car but didn’t have to wait long.
It was a great experience after a not so great one with filling out a police report, notifying the DMV, and having to re register my car, etc

I’m disappointed with the level of service I received from my service advisor, Frank. Communication was poor throughout the process. I did not receive any follow-up calls with updates, and when I called in, the customer service over the phone was not helpful or welcoming. I expected clearer communication and a more professional experience. I hope this feedback helps improve service for future customers.
