I was completely dissatisfied with the service. I left my car at the service center for an oil change, and although the tires were worn, the employee didn't inform me or suggest replacing them. Instead, when I picked up the car, they gave me a paper stating that "the customer does not want to change the tires," without my knowledge. I don't speak English, so I couldn't read the paper. The employee completely disregarded their responsibility to inform me and warn me, knowingly sending me into a dangerous situation. I am very unhappy. If I had taken the car to an independent service center, they would have checked everything, including tire pressure, during the oil change. My previous car was serviced that way. I'm very disappointed; I wish I had bought this car from a Honda dealership instead of Toyota.

I dropped my car off at 8:15AM and they told me it would be done in about an hour and a half to two hours. I didn’t get a call to pick it up until after 3PM — please do better with time estimates.
