Went to the service department to have windshield chip repaired. After waiting for 2 hours with no update I spoke to advisor and was told the glue used was not adhering properly and additional glue needed to be ordered. I was offered a loaner vehicle and told to leave car overnight and I declined. I was suspicious that work was not completed on my work as I was told and didn't feel the need to leave car for such minor work. Upon receiving my vehicle it was confirmed that the car was never worked on as the windshield was not cleaned and I have pictures that were taken prior to appointment and after to prove. Worst customer service ever! I walked to Toyota dealership not Stephanie's!
I had a very disappointing experience at the Toyota dealership service department yesterday. The service advisor, Stephanie, demonstrated a complete lack of basic customer service skills. She was dismissive, failed to listen properly, and was clearly in the wrong on several points regarding my vehicle's issue. When I pointed this out, she never once apologized or acknowledged her error instead, she remained unhelpful and uninterested in resolving the problem. This is far below the standard I expect from Toyota, and it has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope management addresses this to prevent other customers from having the same frustrating experience.

Everything went well until the young gentleman retrieving my vehicle had unsatisfactory customer service. Wearing a dark gray hoodie, black dickies sagging, dark gray lanyard hanging out of his pocket, with black vans saw me waiting at the booth; didn’t approach me until his supervisor advised him to help me. Unable to tell if he was an associate with Toyota, no name tag, no Toyota insignia. No hello, no I’ll have your vehicle right up, strolled to my car like he was uninterested in providing a service. When he brought my vehicle up still no hello and when he did say something to me he was not speaking in my direction which was odd. Ana highly satisfactory customer service 10/10, Ana provided prompt follow ups, and provided a welcoming service however due to the closing out of day at Toyota was unsatisfactory, provided by your young associate closing out with an unsatisfactory customer service experience 0/10. Which is the reason I am providing a unsatisfactory rating thank you
