They are not listening to my problem with the size battery in my car. The true-2 525 CCA is not recommended for the Toyota rav 4. I bought the Toyota at the dealership and have not been happy with being on my third battery in 3 years and problems of it dying alot having to be jump started.

Service Time – The service took longer than expected, which created inconvenience in managing my schedule.
Transportation Voucher – Since this visit was for a recall (which is not something caused by the customer), I was provided with a $15 transportation voucher. However, my commute to Irvine costs approximately $20 one way. The voucher did not adequately cover transportation, especially considering this was a manufacturer recall and not routine maintenance.
Vehicle Condition Upon Return – When I picked up my car, there was a noticeable sweat odor inside the vehicle. This was concerning and disappointing.
For comparison, I previously purchased my car and completed five years of maintenance service at Toyota of Tustin, and I never experienced this type of issue there. I am considering having the future maintenance services in Tustin.
