Superb reception by Service Writer Truong Nguyen.
Inquired what service I needed and within 5 minutes my car was on its way and then he directed me to the customer lounge.
Later , he notified me that my car was ready and took the papers to the cashier , who indicated that I was ready to go and told me where to receive my car. My car was delivered by a polite tech and I was on my way.

I had the worst experience ever!!
Stephanie was worst tech I have ever had. Very unkind, not informative, was talking to her friend when the service was done and did not bothered to come to be that it is done instead she just sent the invoice to other and did not care to tell me what has been done and if there are any problems whatever. The cashier lady was also worst ever. Very unkind, rude, not professional at all. Overall, they ruined my whole day yesterday. Worst Worst worst experience ever!!!!!

On the point inspection paper report it noted I had a bad battery but no one brought that to my attention. By the time I read the report the service department was closed. I would have liked to address that when I had my car in the shop and not have to address it after the fact with another trip to the service department.
