I was told by my service advisor that my filters were dirty but were not replaced and would be monitored which we know will continue to get dirtier. After waiting over 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation on a non busy day I don’t understand why the issue wasn’t addressed. The visit was a waste of time

The technician should reset the gauge to previous settings after the oil change though
I tried it at home,but,not knowing the procedure,it did not come back.

I have been so extremely happy with the follow up and care we have received from ANA.......she made us feel valued as a SC Toyota customer and went above and beyond to turn my attitude about you folks to where I before not thrilled to come in to now it seems we are seen as we should have been from the get go. From the moment we bought the ca for our teen daughter, where nothing special was done for her, no red bow or balloons as promised, where they sent us home first day with her new car with a dead fob, to over charging us during a routine oil change, and the list of mistakes have been ongoing, I feel like with ANA, we were well taken care and I trust that things will only get bette with her around.
