My Service writer Raymond was great but the shuttle service was unsatisfactory. I got there 8:07am Raymond took my information and was helpful and informative. I asked him about the shuttle service and he told me where to waiting area for the shuttle was. I waited 30 minutes and no shuttle service so i asked the valet. He told me they usually take about 15-20 minutes so I waited another 15 minutes. No shuttle vehicle for 45 minutes so made my way walking home. Staff and service were great but i was disappointed in the shuttle service.
