Pésimo servicio con Raymond carrera me comentó que a las 45,000 millas se terminaba el mantenimiento de mi carro por eso yo pagué en otro lado cuando se tenía que hacer llame a mi agente de venta para preguntar hasta cuantas millas se me terminaba y me comentó que era hasta las 55,000 y regrese esta vez ha hacerlo el mantenimiento y resulta que el señor agente Ray me dice que nunca me comentó eso me robó 5,000 millas como yo voy a pagar en otro lado si tengo ahí mantenimiento gratis muy mal servicio por parte de Raymond ????????????

I do understand the need to end complimentary car washing in time of drought… however, terminating the courtesy shuttle service for customers is a bad decision. Some of your faithful customers will look elsewhere for service, no longer feeling valued.
