Raymond was very friendly. Even though it was busy, he slowed down and was highly personable. He provided an informative update when my car was ready. The whole experience was positive.

Stephanie listened to my concerns and relayed them to make sure my flat tire was replaced and the right front fender liner was secured very tightly so it no longer flapped around. She made sure they went above and beyond and installed screws and clips to secure it as well. Stephanie was also able to apply a coupon I had received from previous service and gave me a new one for next time. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Stephanie Santiago at South Coast Toyota and based on this professionalism I would return for another service.

Stephanie did not apply my $35 off coupon on a service over $85 or more that was given to me from my last service. They should keep a record of these coupons on file. After I paid for my service and drove the car off the lot I noticed the wheel well by the right front tire flap is damaged and was creaking in the wind as I drove the car on the freeway last night and also again this morning. When I called the service shop to discuss it she is not even in today and she told me she would call me today when the new tire arrives. So no I am not completely satisfied I am less than satisfied. I want my coupon applied and I want them to fix the damage that they caused.
