I meant to call Anna yesterday. I’m sure the service work was done properly as it was just an oil change. However for some reason they removed my floor mat (weather tech ) and dumped her all over the driver side floor board. Then left it resting up against the passenger front seat
Very strange why they would’ve done that?

I spent 9 hundred some dollars yesterday and I only get a lousy alarm without a key. I told Frank that I was there for getting an original key set with an alarm on and off but hey, tell you what! I got a lousy alarm set without a key. I hate to be there anymore.

Stephanie did a decent job of keeping me posted on my repairs - but it was almost entirely incumbent on me checking in to proactively ask about when the vehicle would be completed (4 days).
Also there was a big miscommunication by Stephanie when I asked her on Monday afternoon if my Land Cruiser would be finished. It was supposed to be done by noon.
At 3:30 I still had NOT heard from her so I called. I got an automated text saying the truck was done then a follow up call by Stephanie. I specifically asked her if I could pay by check and she assured me I could. When I got there a manager would not allow it even though 30 mins prior I was assured I could. Huge over promise and under deliver by So Coast Toyota.

I have had Toyotas for a few decades now and have been to many dealerships for services, but there's no other service agent that has the upmost customer service, knowledge and professionalism like Ana Ochoa. She is actually the only agent we will ever deal with other than Jason the manager. We have been bringing all our family cars to South Coast only because of Ana & Jason. With this day and age Toyota should be so Lucky to have some upstanding service employees.
