I dropped off my car at 3pm for a scheduled appointment and never got a call that it was ready. I returned at 7 to find the service department locked and closed. I went to the front office where I was basically told they didn’t have my paperwork or my car and that the department was closed with nothing they could do. After insisting several times that I needed my car for work the next morning, the receptionist spoke to the sales manager and managed to find my vehicle and my keys. Took about 30 minutes. Nobody called me this morning to let me know what happened and if service was actually completed.
