I was scheduled for a 830 appt for a leaf spring recal. It took 7 hours for your team just to tell me you don’t have the parts to do it with. The correct and logical way to do that would be inspecting the vehicle as soon as possible when you know you don’t have the parts to do the operation that way you’re not wasting your customers valuable time. Especially when i have a 9 o’clock appointment. I get your busy and whatever but don’t over schedule if 7 hours later is the soonest u could look at a 9 o’clock appointment.
