I was very disappointed with my service today, not only by getting charged a fee for “shop supplies” that nobody could explain , but I was just handed my multi point vehicle inspection sheet and when I asked a few questions I was told we sent it to your phone. I felt very rushed out the door. I was told when I first arrived that my total would be $130, well it was $150.11. When I drove off the lot I noticed my tires had not been aired up and was low. I also noticed that they had the psi for my tires wrong on the inspection sheet. I was actually looking to trade vehicles and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Austin about a small SUV. I purchased my last car there, however after today’s service I won’t be back for service or to purchase a new vehicle.

I was quoted $290 for a transmission flush on my truck and they said it was $421. I wouldn’t have had it done. They did give me a 10% discount off of it but still it was more than I was told. Same thing happens when I get my oil changed. I always bring my own oil. And half of the time they always try to charge me as if I didn’t bring in my own oil. They always fix it but it’s just a little frustrating
