Had an appointment on 01 Sep at 1030 and the vehicle wasn’t
taken into the garage until 1130 and only because i had inquired about it. Almost left because it took till 1200. The service manager was very apologetic and said he had a couple mechanics out. In the future it would appreciated let the customer know you’re understaffed so i can reschedule as appropriate.

Well I was satisfied when the oil leak was fixed however I wasn't very happy when I went out to the parking lot and it was leaking oil after the oil change

The tech Trevor was not very courteous and came off with an attitude of not caring after they had forgot to service my vehicle. Service was scheduled at 4:15. By 5:56 I still had not received a call about completion..I called and was told they were going to get the vehicle and take it back now. After questioning what the purpose of an appointment time was if it was going to take more than 2 hours for an oil change I was informed that if I go to the doctor and have an appointment time that might not occur on time either. The service manager Andrew Whitaker did come to talk to me after I believe another tech went and got him after overhearing my discussion with Trevor. Andrew did an amazing job and went above and beyond to remedy the issue with getting my corporate lease serviced.

Second time typing this. Took over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation that normally takes 45 minutes to an hour. I never got a reason why it was taking so long when I inquired.
