I dropped my vehicle off Monday 7:30 am. Tuesday at 1:35 I left a voicemail for Joshua. No call back. 2:28 during my lunch break I called again and Joshua answered. He said they had not got to the vehicle but they might get a chance today or early tomorrow morning. At 2:28 it was still sitting in the parking lot. He Said they only had 2 guys and they were working on big projects. 4:03 he called and said I needed a new transmission and it would cost $7300. He was short and rude and I immediately decided I did not want to leave my vehicle there. I had my husband speak with him and he had a similar experience. My husband said he could not explain what they did in that short time period. They gave us 1 paper but this does not look like a full diagnostic and was very vague. This cost us $200 plus an odd $20 charge.
Kindness does matter and the service that was provided was poor. We did not receive anything from Capital City that was worth our time or money.

When Josh called to ask about my concerns. He was very RUDE and very dismissive. I wanted an inspection done on a vehicle I recently purchased to have a “second opinion” as well as to check the integrity of the inspection the dealer I purchased from. Josh said that without a “reason” he would not do the inspection. “We will not go looking for a problem.” When my “reason” was clearly stated. Which in my opinion is not professional, and seemed to me as if he did not want to take the time to preform the service. If I am requesting a service as a customer, and paying for said service, I expect to have said service done regardless of whether the technician wants to do it or not. I only went to the Greenfield location because it had availability, but now I can see why no one else brings their car there. I will definitely not be returning. I would recommend finding a technician that knows how to speak to customers with respect.
