I was disappointed that I have to make an appointment somewhere else to have the heater looked at in my car. When I dropped it off the representative said I would have to make an appointment with service to have it looked at, but when I picked it up he said I would have to take it somewhere else. I am trying to get established at the dealership since I am new to the area and I don’t think it is a great fit for me unfortunately.

I asked about extended warranty coverage and he provided me with a business card with the name and number of the person that I needed to speak to. I asked about a discount for Barrow County school educators and he extended that courtesy to me. I was completely satisfied with my experience today!

I asked Brandon Nehrbauer to please replace my wiper blades but he insisted that they were changed in August of 2025.I repeatedly told him that the sticker I’m my windshield stated that my oil change was due in December so I hadn’t had a service in August.He kept insinuating that the were replaced in August,but I hadn’t had a service in August.
