The technician did not put the cover of the oil. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with all of my experiences since going to this service department. This is not the first time or the first car that this service department has serviced and put me at risk. I cannot believe that this level of negligence is allowed to keep going.

I brought my car in last week to get serviced. While on vacation literally 4 hrs later my battery is dead and having to get jumped off. My tires are knocking when I turn either direction. When I bring the car back I’m told I have to make an appointment for the issues that wasn’t there before service. If all that wasn’t bad enough I’m waiting 10am -5pm for a battery to be replaced. Had to get someone to come pick me up cause there’s no one at Akins to take me home. I’ve bought all my cars from Akins and have recommended costumers for years. I’m honestly not satisfied with the service I have received
