Not sure who Jaylynn is but Nic was the one who helped me and kept me appraised of my vehicle’s service. When I initially pulled in with my vehicle, I stood by my truck waiting several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. It wasn’t very busy. Nic was the only one that came up to help. Good employee.

Excellent service by Ethan. My only is the length of time. I have 3 fords; f150, edge, escape and it’s routinely 1 1/2 hrs, but it goes by fast and I enjoy the coffee etc. And do biz on the phone.
