Jaylynn was very attentive. I appreciate her effort. I keep forgetting to request call synthetic motor oil. It would be nice if the service advisor would review the vehicle history during write up to catch this, because my memory is horrible. Ha ha.

JP was fine; no complaints about him in general. I I was told about 1 hour 15 minutes and I was there for over 2 1/2 hours. This happens every time I have service. Quoted one time and the wait exceeds quoted by at least double! HIGHLY disappointed in this area from all staff.

In the end I am satisfied. Noah in the service department was very easy to deal with and the loaner car department was great!
The only issue that I have is the wait time to get my water pump replaced, almost 7 weeks seamed very excessive.
I love Akins in Winder but maybe hire more mechanics would be the only negative thing I have to comment about.
