Everyone was very nice. But I had a 3:00 appointment for oil change. Finally asked for status of car at 5:15 and was informed they were finishing up with car and I got out if there around 5:30. I feel that if you have an appointment that around an hour or so is a reasonable time for an oil change. 2-1/2 hours for an oil change is a lot to me. Again, your personnel treated me very well. Thank you.

They were instructed to put synthetic oil but did not. Normally 10,000 miles to next oil change but only 3,000 per sticker.
