I really appreciate the level of kindness and consideration I was given though I arrived really close to closing time. You all remain consistent with your professionalism and great customer service. For those reasons, I come for every service, even though the cost may be cheaper elsewhere.

Upon getting back. When pressing my washer fluid to clean my windshield it doesn’t spray and apparently it wasn’t check. Now my car pulls to the right since having the tire rotated also. Now I will have to find time to have them corrected.

Did not take the time to explain "the works;" what was performed on my F-150; no documentation indicating tire rotation; no indication on tire tread wear or brake wear. I had more thorough explanations and documentation from prior oil changes at your facility. I was nothing but a number on an assembly line today; pushed out..poor customer service.

I live right at a hour and a half away. When dropped off I told them to check the tire sensors which they said would be done. I got it back and it wasn’t done. I was told there wasn’t anyone there to check them. That was nothing but a lie. On the way I stopped by a tire shop near our house and the owners 12 year old son checked tho. I was told I would get a call before they closed to set up an appointment to repair them. Of course you know they never called. Akins service department has always been bad. I still have a problem that I have brought it up there three times previously for. It is really sad when a 12 year old can do better work than your department. Of course like always I knew it was just lies and excuses. It always is.

The technician was very professional, performed clean and precise work to put my truck back to factory specs. He and joshua advised me on any present and future required maintenance needs.
