The team always does an amazing job taking care of customers, including making good on services that don’t live up to expectations. That’s why I was surprised to see that my oil level was the same when I left as it was when I entered. My service advisor, Zach, provided me a free oil change last week when I told him the team didn’t use the oil I provided and I was charged for a full oil change. I went in today (a week later) to get my full synthetic added and the blend changed out. When I left, my truck was still saying oil level at 95%, which is odd because it always reads 100% after an oil change. My concern is that the oil wasn’t changed and the oil filter was simply swapped out.

I had my daughter make an appointment which she had at 10:30 on Friday and she was there almost 2 hours. I understand that you guys have walkins but I feel like if somebody makes an appointment they should be able to get out of there in about an hours time, there’s too many other oil change places that can do it in 15 minutes but I’ve always loved coming to you guys because you’re very thorough. The problem is I don’t have two hours to wait.
