First oil change on my ford maverick:
Free that was good.
Until I drove it home, burnt oil coming from under the hood of my truck.
I open it up and found oil stains all over the inside of the hood. Drove back to the dealership. Long story short. Never going back to them. I summit my own review on google map:1 star

Vanessa is great. It wasn’t her fault the van was returned to me in pieces. When I pointed that out Vanessa handled it quickly. I paid for a diagnostic but got no information on the state of my battery, electrical system in general, fuses, etc. It didn’t seem like much of a diagnostic inspection to me. I paid $170 for a technician to tell me that my radio needs to be replaced but it is working for now but it could stop at anytime. That was extent of the diagnosis.
