I have had very few times when I haven't had issues with the service department. Check my records. Had my brand new Ram back and forth about 8 - 10 times for computer issues. Charles was confident and positive that he could get my truck seen, and it took 2 weeks, but he was able to get it in front of a technician for diagnosis. Was just the blower motor resistor, so could have been a lot worse. He emailed everyday to let me know he did not forget about me, and for that, I'm thankful!

You have the wrong tech. We had Colton Evans. He was terrific! He was prompt and polite. Excellent knowledge of his work. Friendly and helpful with all of our questions. He couldn’t have been any better in our opinion. Please give him our best regards and thanks for 2 jobs well done. He changed oil, topped off fluids and rotated the tires. That’s when he saw that the rear brake pads were worn out and dangerous. He came back with replacement pads. Job well done.
