I have found the staff friendly and work done correctly on every visit. It is a little slow at times but I would rather have it done right than fast. Good overall experience.

I made an appointment. Took off work. Got there. Sat in the waiting room for 2 HOURS then the service lady came to me to let me know they could not balance my tires (which is the only reason I was there)that the machine had been down for a few days. I made my appointment a few days prior to this. Fortunately I was able to go to Wild Willies and they took me right in and took care of me. Their service is top notch. Very disappointed in Akins Service that day.

Jordan came to the house on Friday and completed one recall. He did not drive the car as I was told he would do.
On Monday, Joshua came to the house to complete the second recall. He was completely professional, called his supervisor with an issue. I had to have the car towed and a rental and he arranged that as well. Joshua has great people skills.
