Akins Ford is like Six Flags for adults! They are the big boys in automotive sales and service, yet customer focused and humble. Akins has the entire customer experience down to a well-oiled process. The mechanic did an outstanding job! Can't thank Allison enough for her help. Vanessa also did an outstanding job, as I can be a highly-detailed customer. I never had a dealership replace my motor and/or transmission before (in my life). I've done it myself before, so I was nervous about how it would go. In reality, it was such an easy process and overall a wonderful, stress-free experience. So glad I had Akins Ford do this work for me!!!
