Erica worked with me to get me in quickly so I could get back on the road and back to work. She’s always a pleasure to work with.

Vanessa was very nice. However, my experience did not go as anticipated. When I dropped off my vehicle on Nov. 14th, I initially was told my vehicle would be ready on Nov. 16th. Tuesday the 14th when I received a call at 430 I was told my vehicle would need to wait till the following week on that Tuesday for the water leakage team to address the issue with my vehicle. I was then told it would be ready on the following Wednesday, Nov. 22nd it would be ready by end of day. That afternoon I received a phone call from Vanessa saying my vehicle would not be ready as promised and when I asked when it would be ready I was told it would be finished on Friday, 24th and then would have a dehumidifier in it over the weekend and would be ready Monday, 27th. However yesterday, Friday the 24th I received a text saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I picked my car up today the inside had debris and white dust all over the interior. The dust kept coming out of my vents. My car currently smells like something burning when driven. I'm hoping the smell is from the work done However I've never had my car look like it did when I picked it up today and I was very disappointed. On top of the stress of the up and down of when the car would be ready I had to navigate renting a car from an outside company. So on top of the over $900 repair to my car, I had to pay over $1000 to rent and continue to rent a vehicle while it was in the shop at Akins. I normally have amazing service whenever I come in However this experience leaves me asking if I need to consider another shop to take care of our vehicles.

The truck was there for 2 months the first time after we picked the truck up within 25 minutes the service engine light came on the truck was then picked up by Aikins was told the DEF pump needed to be replaced 3 weeks later we picked the truck up only to find the service engine light came back on ,took the truck back to Aikins the computer was reset.Capital City Glass and the Pruitt family had purchased at least 20 trucks and cars over the last 35 years ,have never been unsatisfied with service until now .Don’t know what the future holds for our relationship

Jaylynn Nunn is a really Great employee. She was very communicative with the status of my vehicle. When I requested a loaner vehicle, you could tell that she really cared that she wasn’t able to provide one at that time due to availability. A couple of days later Jaylynn Nunn reached out to me to give an update on my vehicle she also made sure to let me know that if I was still in the need of a loaner vehicle she might be able to get one be the weekend when others returned their loaner. To me, that showed that she truly cared about the needs of the customer but also cared about the quality of service that she was able to provide

Zach was phenomenal to work with! Excellent customer service, all expectations were exceeded!

First, that was my wife’s vehicle not mine! However, Robin said he was very personable & had the Expedition back to her quicker than promised. Very satisfied!
